We have been so busy the past 6 months that I really have not had a chance to update this blog since June! So here it is, a brief summary of the past 6 months:
There was baseball, baseball and more baseball!
Kaden and Cole played the regular baseball season, and they both made the All-start team as well.
Cole's team took State and Kaden's team didn't do so bad either.
Kaden also played in a fall league, we traveled to games from Logan to foothill, but it was a lot of fun for both Kade and the whole family.
We had July celebrations!
The kids like decorating their bikes and participating in the Farmington Festival Bike parade
(Did anybody notice Easton's outfit? This was a common theme over the summer. He, always wanting to be like his older brothers, would dress up in baseball shirts and soccer socks on a routine basis)
A picture of the kids, their cousins and their awesomely decorated bikes :)
I couldn't find a picture of the parades (I think I forgot my camera), but Mckayla danced in the parade, and Kip, Kaden and Cole were on the All-Star floats. It was just Easton and I watching the July parades this year.
Easton turned 3 on September 12th!
All of these cute little boys in our family have birthdays in September.
Our family spent a weekend at Wolf Creek over Labor day, so we had 1 big birthday party for them there. Here they all are holding their cupcakes that they decorated.
I love this big boy! He is my sweetheart and my buddy. He makes us laugh everyday! He knows how to play the WII better than me and he can access computer programs like nobodys business. He loves to play outside with friends and siblings. He knows and recognizes all of his numbers and alphabet. He loves playing sports with his brothers and can't wait until he can play baseball. He is growing so fast!
There was also soccer, soccer and more soccer!
4 kids in soccer = soccer almost every night, but they enjoy it...so what can I say?
This is Easton with his cousin Dax. They were on the same team. 3 year olds playing soccer is comic relief. Some of them would sit in the net, others would lay on the ground and cry, yet others would pick grass and throw it. Easton loved going to his games, but I think his favorite parts were the fact that finally he had a jersey of his own...and of course the treats!
Kaden and his team (Kade is the 2nd one on the bottom left)
Cole's team (Cole is also the 2nd one on the bottom left)
And..Kayla's team (Mckayla is on the bottom left corner)
We are getting quite the collection of medals and trophys with all of these kids playing sports!
Halloween 2011
We had a she-devil, a pirate, a race car driver and a ninja.
This picture was taken at grandma's house...at our annual Lawson Halloween party.
Basketball....yes ANOTHER SPORT season came and went.......
I know this is such a great picture right? They move so fast in basketball that its hard to get good pictures!
Both Kaden and Cole played basketball this season. They always get 2 Jazz tickets to use and they are going to the game tonight! They are so excited!
And of course Christmas
Christmas time is always filled with lots of family and friend get togethers. Its always a great time to catch up and visit with people. Here are a few pictures from a few parties....
Our Wilcock family Christmas Party was in Idaho this year. We were lucky enough to have most of the grandkids there....here they all are with Great Grandma and Grandpa Wilcock.
(Cousin Dreygon, Easton, cousin Tyson)
Grandma and Grandpa Willis give experiences and memories for Christmas. This years experience was at Thanksgiving point. We were taken on a guided tour though the dinosaur museum. In the picture above the kids were playing in the sand. They also got to spend time digging up dinosaur bones, and making their very own fossil. Afterwards we all ate dinner together and opened gifts. The kids had a lot of fun. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa!
Christmas Eve we spent with our other Grandma Jody (Kip's mom). We had dinner, played and all the kids (and parents) got to open a very convenient pair of pajamas to wear to bed on Christmas Eve night.
Christmas day was spent with the Lawsons. After opening up their presents, the kids and Kip and I got ready and went to Grandma Lawson's for a brunch and more presents. All the grandkids have so much fun playing together. We stayed for awhile and then visited Great Grandma Lawson at her home for some more food and family time.
I love Christmas time...full of friends, family, food and giving. Its no wonder the spirit is so near at this time of year!
Kyler
Of course, Kyler was born in these past 6 months as well. I did make a post "all about Kyler", but I thought I would add this photo to show just how big he is getting :)
Well this is a very short rendition of the past 6 months. Hope we didn't bore you too much!
And at least now we have a few memories recorded so that we don't forget these precious times.
Happy New Year to everybody and hopefully it will be a more successful blogging year :()

Fun posts! I'm so behind on my blogging too. You've inspired me to catch up, well maybe next week. Love your family, you guys are so fun! It's always great to see what you guys have been up to. Never a dull moment with the Willis'!
